 Yes, bull's penis is sold as dog treats - usually called 'macho six' or
'pizzle six' etc.  They are actually pretty good as far as dried treats go.

Not to be confused with 'big beefy bones' however, as it is (all slang
aside)  the wrong part of the anatomy for that.  Those big beefy bones are
usually leg bones and the like (which IMO you are better off feeding raw
anyway).
