Re: [pyrnet] chewing, oh dear!

I forgot to mention it, but I DID find one toy that kept Angel entertained for several weeks before meeting an untimely end..I've forgotten what it's called, but it is (basically) an elongated tennis ball, about 3" in diameter and 6" long.  It fits perfectly in a Pyr pup's mouth, is soft & "chewy" with a nice "fuzzy" exterior.  We're on the second one now, but Angel seems to think they were invented just for her amusement!

I've enjoyed the various stories on what other Pyrs have chewed. However, I want you all to know, that while I do feel better (after all she hasn't eaten a hole through the wall) I don't feel any better because she might eat a hole through the wall! LOL! I'm going to get her a black kong and try it. We'll keep an even better eye on her but she knows not to chew "good" stuff when we are anywhere around. Smart dogs.

Thanks
