Have lost 88 pounds so far. It's been a pain in the butt but I
realize I needed to get in better shape
You probably don't have a weight problem but please do whatever you need to
do to get the help you need to stay on this side of the Bridge. Beau will be

Thank you sweet soul! Wow! You are doing so well at your weight loss. And
thanks for the compliment. But I have not always been slender. I used to
weigh over 200 pounds. Went on WW and lost over 80 pounds. Have kept it off
for 3years now. I am working on accepting the idea that my life may change
with a diagnoses of heart problems. Playing the waiting game right now. And
I ***Hate*** to wait! LOL!
