Never heard of this~~Many people do believe that Pyrs. should be "all white" this is all the've ever seen ! Breeders try to keep the "marked ones" to keep the pigmentation in the line~If You bred 2 "all Whites" together, there is a good chance that the pigmentation will start to "break down" in some cases~~
As for "coat type"~the "correct coat" for a Pyr is what I describe as a "monsanto coat"~they brush out easily, they are coarser, usually shorter~
Linda or Catherine could tell You about this, (it's desired coat type in a working dog)
Shedding ? Yep ! Susie has a big coat blow in the spring, Much more with AN"D", puppy is in the process of getting rid of His coat for a "brand new" adult coat (which is comming in shorter, coarser, ect....
