Hi Tea,
I had never heard this before until about 1 1/2 years ago~~When Dusty sprained one of His legs, The vet told Me that as long as the dog was not in agony, it was best  for Him to have a little pain, so that He would be easier on the foot, and that it would heal faster ~~
