Are the two girls altered? If not, you might want to do that asap. 
We have two girls who are best buddies. Ivy Rose was almost 9 when Tori,
then 14 months, came to stay. Ivy wasn't too sure about her at first, but
they'd actually had a couple of weeks at a kennel, so on neutral
territory, before we brought Tori home. 
Were the two you're considering in a much bigger space before the move? If
so, perhaps that provoked the fighting. Or maybe the younger one is at an
age where she's trying to establish more dominance. If you can separate
them when you're not there to supervise, I'd be inclined to give it a try;
just intervene immediately at any hint of trouble--don't let it
escalate--make it clear that you're in charge and you expect them to get
along!
