Re: [pyrnet] dog food

The fat content is lower, I'll double check.  I think it was 12% vs 15% for chicken.

Pooh is not happy tonight.  I had to bring her and Winnie inside, in fact they will be sleeping inside for the next 2-3 weeks. She barks way too much to let her stay out at night if I have campers in.  If I bring Pooh in by herself then Winnie starts barking.  However, she doesn't bark when Pooh is there.  I have tried twice to leave Pooh in my store and Winnie outside.  No Way!!!  Pooh trashed my store and Winnie barked up a storm.  I guess they want to be together.

I have someone camping in a tent tonight, and I know she would wake them up.  This weekend my hunters will be arriving, rifle season opens Monday. The guys go to bed early and like to be able to sleep.  I don't think they would appreciate her barking all night, so they're in at night for now.  I know they prefer to be out where it's cooler though.  My girls are such a challenge....

Heidi, check the fat content on the lamb food. Outside dogs need a bit more fat to help produce heat, and then there's all that energy that Pooh expends with her barking...after all, she needs to protect ALL of you as well as the next county!
