Sorry to be no help.... overall, my mastiff folks say only adult chow after about 5 months. My vet disagrees. She wants the pups on puppy chow. Abe (mastiff) is 15 months and on Diamond Premium Adult. Noah, the pyr, is 8 months and eats 1/2 Diamond puppy and 1/2 Diamond Premium Adult. Growin' slow but steady, beautiful coats, great muscle tone and healthy as heck, both of the giant babies. I've never tried the large breed formulas. Kirsten
