I find in my work place, the IT staff, known as ISS staff here, really haven't much of a clue when it comes to "fixing" computer stuff..Every single time they "fix" something, they forget to reconnect something and have to come back and "lick their calf over" (a saying my farmer father used). They all make much more money than the rest of us in the "company". Example of ineptitude: I asked that my email have a password since I wanted to access from home -- reply was, "I don't think this email account has the ability to accept a password -- I've never seen that and would have to research it." AAAGGHH. So I did it myself. Sorry for the temper tantrum
