[pyrnet] OH THANKYOU !!!!

....for all the information...but...especially for the sore cheeks! What
a wonderful way to start my day! I haven't laughed so hard since my Grandad
quickly tied his Newf., to his gas bbq to help a lady out of a snowbank! In
case you can't visualize this:)...1st, there was the huge CRASH, then
scratch scratch (traction) thumpety thumpety thump (down the 3 steps)and
before Grandad could reach the lady, the terror on her face made him turn
around to see one large Newf (aroof, aroof) and one gas bbq (minus the lid )
and the grill (which he eventually went back to clean) approaching at the
speed of sound! The sonic boom came when the bbq hit the plant box Fisher
jumped over! I was gobsmacked!! The poor lady scrambled back inside the
relative safety of her car, and braced herself for impact! If I ever thought
there would be a time Grandad could lose control of his bladder it was then!
All I remember was the lady saying was, "you think that was FUNNY????!
"Fisher" was fine, the bbq had seen BETTER days and the lady?... well she'll
probably never be able to look at another bbq the same way AGAIN, without
therapy! ME? I was just grateful Grandad didn't tie him to the aluminum
garden shed!
Anyhow...the people who have the dogs are not breeders, the dogs are
purebred but not registered...they're pets. They live on a farm and rule 68
acres! She answered my questions re food etc and was mostly interested in
knowing they would all go to happy loving homes with lots of room.
Thank you again everyone, I am just so excited! I am 37 and feel like a 6yr.
old on Chrismas eve! Oh 1 more thing... now don't panic (I'm just asking...)
My 7 1/2 yr old son has seasonal allergies and the likeley-hood that
shedding fur will excacerbate this is good. Evidentley there is a product
out ther called "shed stop" or something like that. It is added to the
animals food. I would never consider using such a product on a puppy (or any
dog)without sound proof it was safe for the animal and confirmation that it
works. Anyone know something about this? I suspect that it is a gimmick, but
thought I waould ask anyway. Cheers, Michele.
