Matt, keep Lola but ask the Breeder for a partial refund to help with some
of the bills you will be/are  facing.  Lola needs lots of love as you have
given her but if she goes back what will happen to her after that?  Am sure
the Breeder will assist financially if to help keep the pup with you.
