Hi Barb--I just finished reading the "Puppies and Dog Lists",
essentially it's a breeders list of dogs for sale, last night. Anyway
there was a breed called Presa Canario on there so I looked them up, not
knowing what they were. My gosh, just reading their breed standard sent
me into shock--why would anyone want one of those? They were bred and
used for fighting years ago and also supposedly to guard cattle. I am
asuming these are the same kind of dogs that are in this article, there
was no price but just a phone number. Also on the list were GP's for 500
dollars. Just thought I would comment---check them out on the
