[pyrnet] Alert!!!! Distemper outbreak and alert in Camden County, GA

There is a serious situation in Camden County, GA. There is an outbreak of
distemper. And there is a distemper alert expected to run through the
summer. Here is a web link to the local newspaper for further details. I
can't stress enough how serious this is as even animals that have been
vaccinated can still get the disease.
