Please be careful with this.  Just because the dog is pretty and may die
tomorrow does not mean that he can or should be taken from the shelter.  Our
rescue rep over there is having some trouble getting a clear report from the
shelter on the dogs temperament.

This dog has been picked up by the shelter before.  Our guess as to why his
owners don't pick him up is that they probably have him unfenced and he
keeps going walkabout and they a sick of retrieving him.  Not an uncommon
story in that kind of area.  Nonetheless it does not mean that he is a
wonderful dog except for that.
