Kinda catchy :o) My two realize they are working when we visit our local nursing home, it's just a different type of work than guarding. neat! hug he is protective. I would be concerned about his protective mode kicking in, and him asserting himself if it were strangers. I would like to get him more training and socialization, but I don't want the protectiveness to be lessened to the extent where he is completely accepting of strangers. I think the canine therapy is wonderful! With more and more elderly going into retirement communities Thera- Pyrs would be a great way to break their monotony. Thanks for sharing your experiences and info *Smiles* Merri, Emmett, Melvin Spokane, Wa |
