No not lighter.  Just the translations get subtle connotations in the 
descriptions.  They do not want black and they do not want light brown and 
certainly not yellow.  Dark rich brown and they do want the brown to have 
amber highlights as opposed to the drab dark brown.  All of this is tied to 
the dreamy expression.  But Dark brown only, no light shades at all.
