Do I see pecan pie mentioned on this List?  Now that has really drawn my
attention!  You see I have entered a competition and first prize is a trip
in a hot air balloon.  I did not enter this competition willingly, I
purchased an item and was put into the draw. I thought it said a trip to
Holland where I have a daughter and grandchildren.  I did not have my
glasses on but apparently it  said "Trip in a Hot air Balloon". You can see
my mistake?

 "Friends" on another List thought buckets of champagne might take my fears
away because I have a feeling I will win this trip in the balloon due to my
fear of heights. I need a safety net when I stand on a chair.  I had a bad
fall many years ago down a flight of stairs in my youth. We were making
"Cocktails" and I sampled the final (and the first and the middle ) results
and lost my footing. A bad, bad fall but luckily anaesthetic wasn't needed
for the stitches or to reset the broken nose and fractured cheek bones, I
felt little pain until my wee Mother got hold of me.

Now pecan pie could get me into the basket, it really could.

With the light easterly here I could end up in Wisconsin, Cedar Rapids or
Kansas so I'll drop the Kringles off if you like.
