Joe, yes it is.  From what I am reading here, it is extremely bad over
there, has gone  into Ireland as well, vehicles and people are having to
be sprayed down as they travel past points.  The last report I read they
were trying to convince folks to travel as little as possible right now
till they get a handle on this.  Besides the outright slaughter of
animals, and spraying to try to decontaminate, is this something that
just runs its course, or is there anything they really do for it?  Cindy
