[pyrnet] Invisible fences and Pyrs with Anxiety

     This is one of those -- I know a case where it did or did not work will 
come up.  I have seen both.  
     The dog in question needs to be seen by a vet and treated for his 
anxiety problems.  The invisible fence will probably not work for this boy 
obviously he does not care what he has to do to get to his flock (his people)
