[pyrnet] Halti use

I have just tried out a Halti head collar for the
first time and I absolutely love it! My only concern
is that twice now, my dog has wriggled out of it while
we are out walking. 

Is this because I don't have it snug enough on his
head or id this something that happens with the head
collars?
