Are we sure the dog has not hot spotted as a result of the intestional
parasites?  Even getting rid of them can leave a residual itchiness. 
They can pull some big hunks of hair out at one time.  Any indication of
chewing or is the spot toally clean and a hunk just plopped out?  If that
were the case you would thik it was some reaction to something.   Cindy
