Pyrenees in Northeast PA
Joe, the rationale behind the above is to avoid a lawsuit. And, at this
point, we don't know who the breeder is, and whether or not they were really
contacted at all.

I have a question here. If the breeder is contacted and is a GPCA member
and is in violation of the rules by not taking this dog back will their name
and the kennel name then be made public? If would seem a good idea so no one
else buys a dog from an obviously unethical breeder. Even if they are not GPCA
their name should be made public. Rescue is hard enough and full up enough
without having to deal with dogs that their known breeders have
abandoned.
