Robyn, I well remember one of my first intros to grubby Pyrs at a show.  The
Breeder/owner brought in 4 filthy Pyrs and then proceeded to completely
cover them in baby powder and chalk until they disappeared in a thick cloud.
Hours of brushing later and some of the dirt was removed but they still
looked grubby!!  Sitting in the corner in a little crate was a wee male Pyr
puppy watching all this.  The Breeder had brought him down for me, he was
filthy and full of fleas!!  He rode home in the car on my knee with all his
"friends" and his urine smells and within the hour we had killed the vermin
and he was snowy white!! He looked like a different Breed!
