My advice is to get that puppy to a vet ASAP and talk it over.  Whatever is causing it, ain't right - and stuff that ain't right needs to be lookeda t by someone who knows.  Could jsut be that puppy has bad circulation, and her back legs are asleep, could be any number of things - but no matter what, her doc needs to know it, possibly x-ray it, and certainly identify it.  Please keep us updated on how this little puppy does.
