Sorry folks, I think the Pyrs did what they had to do.....they warned,
probably tried to drive the bear away,  but knew they'd be dinner if they
pressed the confrontation.  These aren't little black bears.  A griz paw is
the size of a Pyr head. A grizzly's claws are almost as long has my hand.
The fact the dogs got within a few yards proves to me they were brave, but
not stupid.  Three Pyrs even with an Anatolian ain't no match for a
determined griz.
