[pyrnet] medication causing incontinence?

Leo had an anti-inflammatory shot and is now being
treated with oral Cephalexen for itchy, scabby spots
that popped up on his back. He had the shot two days
ago and I am giving him the antibiotic every day. Now
he is peeing everywhere and this is dog who has not
had a housetraining accident since he was 4 months
old. Is this from the oral medication or the shot? How
long will it last?
