Most people do not realize that declawing a cat means amputation
of the first toe on their feet. They simply think that the claws
are removed. I don't and will not do this. I love uncropped Danes
as they look like goofy hounds. I wish all this surgery would be
stopped, but, it probably will not be stopped. I do have a Pyr
Shep with cropped ears and docked tail, but she came to me this
way at the age of 3 years. I would not have done it myself.
