[pyrnet] Putting down vicious animals

It's very interesting that not one single person that I could tell ever
suggested that putting down a vicious animal was wrong. The discussion I
was in had to do with animals who weren't vicious.  It is so sad that on
a list that should be fun, people don't have enough respect for other
people to listen to what's being said and to become offensive and
sarcastic over things that weren't even said or claimed by anyone.  Inga
