Charlotte,

I don't often contribute because I don't have a lot of experience to share, but I have learned a great deal from the list.

I enjoy reading the stories and experiences of others, but in the last week, I nearly unsubscribed due to all the personal attacks, etc.

There is no place on a list of this type for personal attacks, and I think people guilty of such attacks should be banned.
