people were being put to sleep because they were homeless and another 100 
thousand were picked up dead on the road side (statistic for one county in 
Texas alone!!)   How fast do you think the same legislators who think wearing 
seat belts is a must would be working on doing something for the poor dogs??? 
 But because they are not human and they are dispensable -- there we are.
