[PyrNet-L] Pennsylvania Pyr needs Help!

While shopping for Pyr fixin's today the owner of the shop approached me 
about a Pyr that is in the Antietam Humane Society in Waynesboro, 
Pennsylvania.  The shelter workers have named him "Frosty."  He had no 
collar, tags, microchip or tattoo when found in Waynesboro.  He is 
approximately one year old and has very, very clean teeth.  He has been 
obedience trained.  He knows "sit, down, stay" and walks nicely on a loose 
lead.  He rides very nicely and quietly in a car.  This boy is a wonder Pyr!  
He has badger markings on his head and rump.
