We had bad trouble with hot spots, and a friend recommended yeast/garlic
tabs, and the vet added 1Tbl. safflower oil daily to that Rx.  But now
we have rashes and ear gunk, and it may be caused by the yeast... so you
may want to try just the garlic.  Or wait for better advice from the
list!
