Hi Louise-
My first pyr had recurring skin staph infections which had just the symptoms 
you describe. It would look something like chicken pox on his belly and, if 
untreated, he would eventually fuss with it quite a bit. We found that a 
course of antibiotics solved the problem although it recurred throughout his 
life - I think it was more likely during warm weather.

<Our boy Max suffers from some
kind of creeping rash that moves around his belly and sometimes down his
legs a bit.  He chews and gets little scabbies, and his tum hair gets
snarled and matted from the chewing.  We've had him to two vets, but we
haven't been able to overcome this problem... any suggestions?>
