Terry, personal responsibility is what this is all about!  Be
responsible...watch dogs die for a couple of days, like others who clean
up after irresponsible people....and then if you choose to breed dogs,
you will understand the larger responsibility!  I don't understand why
this would upset anyone who is anxious to start being a breeder?    (
that's what I like about a multiple party system, don't you??  :-)  )
