[PyrNet-L] Dog Road/Rage

I like that old Texas saying Marci. I would think  the equivalent here would
be "he needs hung, drawn and quartered".  Hard to believe there are people
around capable of such an awful thing. I did read about this poor wee dog in
the Newspapers. What a shock for the poor owner and other people seeing this
and being unable to help.
