It appears to be a site from Belgium and from a Belgium club (LE C.A.M.P.,
Club des Amateurs de Montagnes des Pyrénées)
although they have a French presence.  It appears that both Mansencal and
Pecoult judge at their events so it must not be adversarial with the RACP.
