I believe blue eyes in Dals are permitted in the US standard.  They are not
in Australia and I have never seen a blue-eyed Dal myself (doesn't mean they
don't exist of course!).  Must admit that blue eyes kinda give me the
shivers a bit as do too light an eye.  Kinda like you can't see their soul!
:-/  Give me those deep, expressive pyr eyes any day! :-)

A question about the pups with blue eyes.  Did they have pigment around the
eye at all?  Or was the eye rim pink?  Were the pups totally white or
marked?
