In response to many of the questions, we tried calling the vet phone number, 
but being a holiday and after 12:00 there was no reply. We felt it was better 
for the Putnam County Humane Society people to take him back to Cookeville, 
than for us to take him back to South Carolina.  With the tag, there is a 
hope that the owner can be contacted.  Just hope they want him back.
