Re: [PyrNet-L] Merry Christmas Long!!!!
<<Not conceding on the Pav Tracy but would love some smoked trout and char
grilled octopus please flown over. Any chance of some sushi?? Forgot to
mention the rock melon and watermelon on the menu too here!! Will have 3
Saint Bernards plus two American Cockers for Christmas day!! That's a total
of 12 dogs here. Those little Yankees can eat more than the rest put
together believe me.>>Jan
Ah, what is Christmas without dogs! Who needs a garbage disposal LOL! Yes,
while the Pyrs are decorously eager, they will no doubt be overshadowed in
enthusiasm by the Dally and a pack of Hungarian Viszla's who will be joining
us for lunch :-) Of course number one spot in the pushy stakes always goes
to Loya the Rhodesian Ridgeback! Isn't it amazing though that with dogs,
their apetite always seems to be in inverse proportion to their size! LOL!
Sorry Jan, no can do on the Sushi this year (one of my all time favourite
foods - I am an expert sushi roller too! - got new sushi mats from my sister
for my birthday! ;-b). We do usually have fresh prawns on the menu (for the
US folks - I think you call them shrimp? Although they are anything but
small!) but I decided on the trout instead this year in deference to the
inland nature of the celebrations. I will only agree to send over the trout
and octopus though if you agree to send me a hefty case of Port and NZ
cheese! :-)
And lets agree to disagree on Anna Pavlova's namesake for now ;-) You know,
I have always wanted to make one in the shape of a Pyr........ LOL!
