I do agree that once you know the SAS is there that you should go away from
it. That means not breeding the dogs to anyone, linebred or outcross. If
you chose to breed, you will see increased SAS with closer breeding, but to
fool yourself with outcrosses is just as bad maybe worse. It's like the
"kings new clothes" one is viewing something and simply calling it something
else. Most charitably called misconception. From your point of view if
everyone only outcrossed the SAS would never have occurred and outcrosses
will get rid of if without attention to affected animals?
