[PyrNet-L] hot spot

   A couple of months ago I received some great input on clearing up " hot 
spots ". My pyr Bella had one on her back that started the size of a quarter 
and within a few days became the size of a saucer. Someone in the group 
suggested Gold Bond Medicated powder which worked great in drying it up and 
made her stop scratching and biting it.  It's been about 2 months now 
however, and the hair still hasn't grown back at all. Does anyone have any 
advise for this?   Also my Vet. had told me the Hartz Whitening shampoo I was 
using may have irritated her skin.  Has anyone else had a problem using this 
type of shampoo on their pyr?  Your input would be greatly appreciated.
