When you mentioned "23 1/4", it made me think that this is possibly a puppy.
Is it part of the statistics as to what ages are being measured and when we are
talking about heights, shouldn't this be confined to adult dogs as puppy 
heights
would certainly bring down the average. ???  Also, are there results posted
anywhere from the last National in Chicago?
