Maybe you should carry pepper spray in case it gets to be a dire situation, 
and carry a soda can full of pennies to distract the participants of a 
potential dogfight . Although pepper spray is hurtful, it is better than a 
bloody confrontation. I Don't envy your situation. Maybe you will have to 
build a run for them, and take them somewhere in the car, to a place where 
you can walk them safely and peacefully. Walkies should be fun and 
relaxing!..... Ted
