[PyrNet-L] Events, Chat: Dog Day In the Park

For those of you in Northern California, be advised that this Sunday in 
Roseville CA (due east of Sacramento) there will be Dog Day in the Park 
sponsored by the Roseville Dog Owners Group.  It's for all dogs and their 
owners but Sierra Pacific Great Pyr Club will be there sponsoring the BBQ 
booth and Great Pyr Rescue of Nor. Calif. will also be there.   The event 
begins at 10, ends at 3.  In between there are all sorts of contests, games 
(at a $1 an entry), demonstrations, CGC testing, a walkathon for a $20 
donation, etc.  Last year some 1800 dogs participated.  Vendors will also be 
present.  C'MON DOWN  and have a good time, even if you are without a dog.
