have also experienced the puppy with hem of skirt in mouth while running
round the ring. We tend to wear trousers, jackets and some wear skirts but
long enough so when you bend over the crowd does not have a preview of
"Nightmare on Crack Street"!!It is important to look neat and tidy and I
agree if the Judge is smartly dressed then so should the Exhibitor .
