Having been bit by a few snakes over the years I would suggest (checking for
any small puncture in the area of the rash.)There should be some swelling if
bit. If stung check to make sure there is know stinger left in the skin.
Consider making a home made poultice pack and apply it to the wound. Keep
him down and still as much as you can, try to keep fluids in him and
available at all times. Check his gums and make sure they are pink and not
white. Consider a snake bite kit it you can get one near by.  Check the area
near where he was last to see if there is anything that might be there All
so consider that he my have picked up something and ate it  Look around as
much as you can in the yard house.((( Do not feed him till you can have vet
look at him Number (1) thing.))) I hope all turned out ok. It is most
difficult to tell some one what to do by e-mail with out being there to see
it. Could be just a bad reaction from a sting as Cody had this and it made
him very sick hard time breathing lost his food and had know energy. Keep
pills on had for this from vet as we are not to close. Just a thought as to
how I have handle Cody and Kira  but always to the vet as soon as I could.
