Broccoli!! Dan, the last time I cooked Broccoli( 10 years ago) I washed it
well, boiled it, drained it, went to serve it and this gi-normous
caterpillar leapt out and went for my throat!! I ended up tipping the whole
lot down the dunny(Tracy know this word!!) So sorry, can't comment on the
wholesome qualities of giving the Pyrs Broccoli, I just remember the terror
of this "monster" as he lunged at me, my Pyrs would have been terrified. I
have heard though that broccoli has lots of iron in it!! Wished I'd had an
iron bar to batter the caterpillar with!!
