Good point indeed, Judith. The year our boy was a pup there was a lot of
parvo in the Boston area. We lived in an apartment those first months, and
we'd carry him out to his own little square of grass, and carry him back
in! He only got to run and play outdoors when we could get him well out of
town into what we thought would be safer areas. I was such an over-anxious
momma that I'd wake up in the night in a cold sweat and go check on him to
make sure he was OK! I'm not sure I'd be any better next time! Those weeks
before he was fully vaccinated were quite a trial.
