Hello Marci....Welcome to you and Montana.
My Maggie had a reaction to Top Spot one time and had a nasty hot spot,
after she kept chewing on it.  The Vet had put it on her when she had an
operation.  I was not happy with the Vet for giving it to her without
calling me first.  She does have reactions to flea preventive and I can use
Defend or Advantage without a problem.  Afraid to try too many different
things on her.  She is 6 1/2 years old.  Good luck.
