When Bailey has had stomach problems we have fed him cooked hamburger 
with rice and a can of tomatoes . It seems like we've always done that
with diarrhea anyway . Did the vet say it could be food poioning from the
basted bone ? I've always read to not buy bones from foreign countries ,
was it made in the states ? Well good luck, I'm sure it will just have to
work it's way out of her system and she'll be fine .
